Fused Glass Journey Pendant, Patriotic Red, White, and Blue
Show your patriotic colors this 4th of July! Journeys are so named because they are a symbol of the path a person takes through life. We find love, laughter and challenges along the way that all mix together fusing the raw parts into a complete person. This spiral shape is an ancient symbol found in petroglyphs in the American Southwest as well as in other aboriginal cultures. In my modern fused glass version, I have fused red, white, and blue opaque glass together and tack fused a red shooting star at the beginning of the journey to symbolize the strength and hope of America. I have two similar pendants: one is numbered 13 (Photo 2) and one is numbered 17 (photo 1). Number 13 is slightly heavier and chunkier with red streaks in the white. Number 17 has a darker red mixed in the red to accentuate the star. (Specify #13 or #17 in your order.) Both have holes for a cord. Comes with and 18 in black satin cord. 2.5 inches in diameter. Pottery Flag Pendant / USA Handmade Necklace
Made in the USA! Celebrate you patriotic side with this hand crafted pottery pendant. Formed of white porcelain, glazed and then fired in my own home kiln, I designed this flag charm myself. Red, white and blue stars dangle independently alongside for a multi charm effect. A large silver star adds some sparkle. The flag charm measures 1 3/8" long by 1/2" wide. It hangs from a 20" chain which closes with a lobster clasp. You receive the pendant shown in the photos.
