This is an original acrylic painting on canvas. Alex Remi is himself a Veteran of the Armed Forces. Having served in the Iraq war, he finds himself now, continually inspired to create patriotic paintings in his own unique fashion. The framing is very unique. The frame design consists of three stacked frames. The middle frame shifts in color from red to blue with the flag. After framing, Remi took the painting back to his studio to continue the paint drips over the bottom of the frame, completing the entire piece.
