Patriotic Baby Mini Top Hat Headband Fascinator with Red, White, & Blue Lace and Satin Rosette and Feathers July 4th
I started this fabulous baby top hat headband with a white felt mini-top hat and added a brilliant red sequin trim. I made a double layer rosette out of bright red lace (bottom layer) and satin patriotic ribbon. The rosette piece has a faux pearl and rhinestone center. The hat is topped off with a plume of bright red fluffly marabou feathers. The hat measures about 5" in diameter and is about 2 3/4" tall (without the feathers). A 5/8" shiny blue elastic band is attached underneath the hat to hold it on. This headband is custom made.
