It was a warm summer day in June when, in a moment of madness, I decided to design a red white and blue crocheted beadwork collar and lead in the theme of the American Flag. The resulting pattern is one of the more complex and tedious to string, but it produces a wonderful bright Independence Day result. This is one of the collars. (The leash is listed separately.) This collar is made with size 8 seed beads, so it is narrower than the other similar red, white, and blue collar I have isted (which is made with size 6 seed beads). The fittings are strong bronze rings.

Stars and Stripes Red White and Blue Printed Handmade Dog Collar
This patriotic Stars and Stripes printed fabric done in a traditional Red White and Blue print. Large yellow/gold stars are long the red wider stripe while smaller white stars are within the little narrower blue stripe. I used a navy blue thread to stitch the collar. The collar in the photographs is a size large. It is 1" wide and adjusts from 16" - 25".
