Vintage Navy Anchor Buttons Magnet Set
This anchor/Navy set of magnets is made of vintage items: 2 different designs of vintage anchor buttons, and a vintage stars and stripes star-shaped lapel pin. Two of the buttons have hand-stitched red thread sewn into them. These are packaged for gift giving and would make great stocking stuffers! Please let me know if you have any questions!

Here we have 7 unique patriotic red, white and blue striped star shaped buttons. They are handmade of polymer clay. No two buttons are exactly alike because of this unique process of making them. They are approximately 3/4" and in picture 4 you can see them next to a penny to better see their size. You will receive the 7 buttons pictured. Great for Knitting, Crochet and Sewing Projects!! Also a great idea for doll clothes, or an accent around the neckline of a t-shirt. Picture 5 shows how I've added some other buttons to a shirt. Please note, the shirt is not included with this sale. Polymer clay is strong and lightweight. It is waterproof and machine washable and dry-able, though I don't recommend putting them through a hot machine wash or hot tumble dryer.

I've sorted through my fancy plastic button stash and made up this gorgeous set of nine fancies in patriotic red, white and blue to celebrate the diamond jubilee i'm guessing some of these pretties have been around longer than the Queen has been on the throne! These buttons come straight from my button mountain in vintage condition - i don't clean up my buttons as i prefer the dirt on 'em! In my opinion this all adds to their vintage charm - the buttons are in good vintage condition, the red flowers are more delicate than the other so i would suggest using these in a decorative way rather than a functional one :) i have carded these up on one of my handmade cards which measures approx. 4" square - the buttons them selves measure approx. 7/8ths of an inch or 23mm.
